In addition to the usual health benefits of massage, another benefit of chair massage is that it is done over the clothing. With seated massage, you can avoid the discomfort and awkwardness that you may feel in disrobing for a traditional massage. Also, chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.
Enjoy a therapeutic and relaxing massage in the comfort of your own home. Each massage is given in the your home and the length is dependent on your specific needs. (minimum of 1 hour, average is 1.5 to 2 hours). Be prepared for that next big meeting, event, or just work out muscle soreness from playing too hard. This is a perfect way to feel great and help yourself stay healthy.
Each massage includes range of motion stretching, release of trigger points and specific muscle groups, and energy work as needed. Every session includes neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage and can include TMJ work, pregnancy massage and/or sports massage. All materials including oils, table, linens, and music are provided.
No trip or other charges, everything is included. Please allow for 15 minutes of setup/take down time. Please advise in advance if hot stone massage is requested (no additional charge) and allow additional 10 minutes of setup/take down time.
